Et c'est ce que j'ai fait en créant une entreprise dénommé AFRIC-EXPLOITATION spécialisée dans l'extraction de Minerais notamment : d'Or, d’argent blanc et de recherche de Perles. Et à la suite des évènements des 5, ,6 et 7 Novembre 2004 ou les entreprises françaises ont étés "saccagées" ici dans la guerre en Cote d’Ivoire Mes employés dont l'entreprise se trouve à 400 km d'Abidjan et la direction général se trouvant à Abidjan, ont profité de la situation après que les choses se soit calmés pour me traduire devant le TRIBUNAL DU COMMERCE ET DU TRAVAIL courant janvier 2005 avançant que je n'appliquais pas de bons salaires en fonction de leurs rendements de travail et ce qui est totalement faux. Et l'affaire ayant été envoyé en référé d'appel, ce n'est que début Février 2009 que le dossier a repris son cours.... Et après toute une longue procédure juridique qui a duré près de 4 ans, les employés de mon entreprise des"ivoiriens" en veulent à mon entreprise et aussi j'ai fait appel et après décision de justice mon compte à été mis sur saisi et l'entreprise aussi qui d'ailleurs est fermé en ce moment. Et franchement la Cote d'ivoire est entrain de se perdre. Et comme tout bon expatrié j'avais déposé sous -coffre dans une banque de la place LA BANQUE OF AFRICA: -53.5 KG D'OR. -432 PIÈCES D'ARGENT BLANC (Une pièce fait près de 500 Gr en effigie d’ancienne Monnaie du Mali) -7 PETITE PÉPITES DE DIAMANT . -188 PERLES NOIRES. (Qui font partie d'une espèce rare que j'ai achetée en CASAMANCE au Sénégal). -Et la somme de 900.000 Euros. Au Numéro de dépôt: Z-19609-KL 307 Au Numéro du coffre:BX-1089-BOF. Et ce que je voudrais c'est de faire transférer le contenu du coffre avec toutes les garanties que cela suppose. Parce que l'une des clauses de dépôt est que le contenu du coffre devra faire l'objet d'un transfert à l'étranger. Comme le font tous les expatriés qui vivent ici Et moi avec tous ce que j'ai dépensé pendant plus de 2 ans dans les procédures du Tribunal, je suis vraiment à bout. Et c'est l'avocat mandaté par la décision de justice qui m’a aidé à faire le nécessaire juridiquement et à faire tout le nécessaire dans les frais de dossier . Mais moi ce que je voudrais c'est que vous m'aidiez à l'expédition du coffre vers vous à votre domiciliation et que vous m'aidiez à faire sortir certains matériels de mon entreprise que je ne veux pas laissez ici car ils m'ont coûtés extrêmement cher. Et je vous en conjure de m'aider et en retour, je tiens à vous donner. -5KG DE l'OR en poudre -50 PERLES (Qui sont de grosses Perles dont l'unité se vend au cours à prés de 270 Euro l'une) -100 PIÈCES D'ARGENT BLANC. -Et 150.000 Euros. Je vous demande pardon de m'aidez et de bien vouloir acceptez de m’aidez, je vous en prie et surtout, il faudrait que vous m'aidez à payer certains frais ,car seul sur place , je ne pourrais faire face tous les frais...d'expédition de mes matériels et de mon coffre , car il y'a toute une procédure à faire. Et j’ai déjà payé certains frais dont ceux de la Banque pour la notification, et l’attestation de transfert des fonds. En plus de cela, j’ai déjà payé la taxe de la commission de contrôle l’UEMOA, et ainsi que des Impôts, car mon colis contient de l’argent. L’Avocat qui m'aide dans ce dossier est aussi à bout et je voudrais vous demander de me répondre rapidement, si possible pour que je vous fasse parvenir : - La Photocopie de mon Passeport. -Mon Registre de Commerce. -Le Certificat de Dépôt du coffre. -La Notification du Transfert. Dans un premier temps, je vous fais parvenir la photocopie de mon passeport, pour que vous sachiez à qui vous allez avoir à faire. | Message | Mirol Diamond Centre (MDC) was recommended to me by my colored gemstone wholesaler as an exceptional jeweler. I also knew of MDC through a friend who had found this website and recommended it to me. I already had the diamonds & sapphire and I approached MDC to make the ring for me. Despite not being a "big ticket" customer, Olof Savasen, the owner of MDC, was very patient with me and made me feel like a valued customer. The finished 3 stone, 18ct claw set ring was very elegant with a good eye for detail. I look forward to dealing with Olof and Mirol Diamond Centre in the future. I contacted Olof very soon after my first deal. I was looking for my next jewelery piece (hopefully sooner rather than later). First I was wasting many lunch hours in shopping centers looking at rings and diamonds that just didn't cut it, Then I contacted Mirol Diamond Centre website. I was extremely happy with my first deal. But being a novice when it comes to diamonds, I was immediately impressed with the wealth of information provided and the extensive range and very reasonable prices. At first I was skeptical of doing something like this on the net, but I kept coming back to the Mirol Diamonds website. I was very curious, so I made a call to Olof Savasen himself. Olof remembered me from the first deal and was very helpful and informative from the start. He asked me some questions and guided me on my search. Once I'd picked the diamond that suited my budget, Olof organized to have it shipped to my place and it was delivered to me within a couple of days. I was very impressed with it and it looked better than I imagined. I'm very satisfied with the services provided by Olof Savasen and I would definitely recommend Mirol Diamonds to anyone.
