When you are buying a work of art from

The object will be send to you from an owner in, maybe a different country.

Your payment will be done to our company’s bank-account and the owner will not be paid before you have received and controlled the pies of art.

If any problem, you send it in return to us and we will take care of this and  with the owner.

I advise you, as a buyer, not open the packet by yourself.

There need to be (recommendation) a witness as a lawyer or assessor fiscal with you.

If anything is wrong you must contact us and describe exactly what is wrong.

In case you return the painting, if you feel that something is wrong, you do the return to the owner.

He needs to do the same procedure.

It will be opened and controlled by one lawyer or other juridical person.

We accept personal checks, payment through PayPal, credit cards, and money orders.

The return policy is up to10 days, maximum.

When returned with no damages, and in perfect condition (to the seller), we will then refund the money to the buyer.

 We will not provide the shipping and handling charge.

If there are any damages or if the packaging is not satisfactory, we will not accept it, nor will we refund the money.

Benefits:

• Traceable to a particular mailing address
• Provides proof of payment

5. Escrow

Recommended for items over € 5.000-

Benefits:

• Generally the securest way to pay for high priced items
• Payment is held by the escrow service until you receive and approve the item
• eBay's preferred escrow partner, Escrow.com, protects both buyer and seller by acting as a trusted third-party during the transaction and managing the payment process from start to finish. Payment through Escrow.com is fully protected against fraud or item misrepresentation.

Note: There have been reports of fraudulent sellers using nonexistent escrow companies, so do your homework before using any escrow service other than the ones “Mirol Art Invest” recommended as escrow partner.

6. Bank to Bank Wire Transfer

Benefits:

• Payment is sent directly from one recognized bank account to another account
• Immediate & convenient
• Payment is deposited directly into the seller's bank account

  Tip: If you are unsure about using this option, you can request the seller's contact information and verify that it is consistent with the information on the bank account.

7. Cash

While sellers may offer the option to pay with cash, they cannot require you to pay this way.

If you suspect a seller may be trying to commit fraud by insisting on payment only by cash, please decline to use it and report the seller to
