Very nice 2 bedrooms apartment in a luxury apartments-block in Cala Mayor.

Very quiet area.

Originally this apartment had 4 bedrooms. 3 double and 1 single.

The present owner change one bedroom into a dinning-room online to the big living-room.

Can easily be changed back to that use if the new owner like to do this.

The single bedroom is used as a little office with computer and one nice toy-train.

I would like to stay there and play.

 

Well furnished kitchen with big laundry-room.

 

Apart from the laundry room, all windows and terrace doors are double. This helps to retain the heat in the winter therefore saves using the gas central heating. The gas heating had only been used some days in the winter for not more than 1 ½ hours morning and evening.
