How to advertise on the INTERNET?

List of the amenities of your house. Write up a brief description (200 words or more) of your house

A typed letter will work. Please no hand written letters.

Along with this description, include information from our sample page as follows:

· Location
· Size of house (in square metres) Living area and terraces. Drawings etc.
· Number of bedrooms and bath-rooms (include half baths)
· Lot size in m2
· Colour and type of exterior
· Year house was built
· Any special characteristics (i.e. spacious rooms, fire place, newly remodelled, fenced in m2, etc...).
· The asking price
· Types of utilities
· School district
· Neighbourhood information (i.e. fifteen minutes from shopping mall, in the country, etc...)
· Contact information for appointments (this should include a phone number, FAX, and e-mail where you can be    reached during the day

Take pictures of the house.
Include at least three pictures of the house. We can easily display 10 – 15 or more. Should be photos of the out- and the inside. The outside picture should be taken on a nice sunny day with the sun to your back or side.

Fee:  The fee is 100 € Euro. This is to be paid only one time. Your phone-numbers will be added in the text and of course, name, address, e-mail  etc.
